How to raise your Mastery Rank quickly

Mastery Rank (MR) unlocks weapons, raises your daily trade count and your caps. Levelling it fast opens up the whole game.

How to earn mastery XP

• Levelling each weapon and Warframe to rank 30 grants mastery XP — once per item. The key: build and level as many different items as possible.
• Level efficiently on the right missions (Hydron on Sedna, Elite Sanctuary Onslaught…).
• At every new rank, clear out the in-ship market's credit weapons and keep your foundry always busy — the routine detailed in the Orbiter guide (French).

Buying tip

Buying weapons and components from other players lets you level items you haven't farmed yet → faster MR. Compare prices on VoidRelay (the required mastery is also shown on warframe.market).

Mastery tests

At each rank, a test awaits. Practice it in a Relay (at Cephalon Simaris) before taking it. If you fail, you can retry the next day.
