When should you start Steel Path?

Wait until you've finished the star chart and have a solid build (well-modded Warframe and weapon, arcanes): Steel Path enemies have massively more health and armor, so there's no rush to jump in too early.

Steel Path: where to start

Steel Path is Warframe's "new game+" mode: the entire star chart, much harder (level 100+ enemies). It's the end-game step for rewards and challenge.

When should you start?

Wait until you've finished the star chart and have a solid build (well-modded Warframe and weapon, arcanes). No need to jump in too early: enemies have massively more health and armor.

The rewards

Steel Essence: currency traded with Teshin for exclusive items (arcanes, Kuva, etc.). The weekly Honors reward rotates every week — track it on our dashboard.
More drops and a loot bonus on certain missions.

How to survive

Prioritize armor stripping (Corrosive, Viral mods), tanky or crowd-control Warframes, and survival arcanes. Arcanes and mods make all the difference at this level.
